How we build

Labs → Factory → Solutions

One pipeline turns research into products, and products into public offerings. When a model matures, it graduates into its own initiative — that's how Skaills.ai, MaiMusic.ai, Lawra.io, and Smoother Experiences were born.

CEMI Labs

Where models are researched and initiatives are imagined, born, and designed — Personai, MediaMax, Smoother, SiteCraft, Skaills, MaiMusic.

CEMI Factory

The software studio that builds them into working products — a third of the time, half the cost, opening with a three-week no-risk trial. 13 initiatives built in-house.

CEMI Solutions

The public offering — where matured models and platforms reach organizations and individuals.

The portfolio

One collective, thirty-plus properties

The engine

Personai — an AI staff of 405

CEMI's central registry holds more than 400 human-augmented AI agents and personas — durable identities with documented expertise, voice, and guardrails — deployed as production crews, sectoral guides, educator panels, a 130-voice worldview atlas, and named AI executives. CEMI's AI CEO, Aurelius Christensen, is publicly conversable on cemi.ai — alongside founder Carlos Miranda Levy's own AI persona. An enforced anti-fabrication canon (no invented statistics, citations, or biography) is part of the IP.

50+ member production crew

CEMI MediaMax — directing, cinematography, sound, editorial, performance direction, and more, with serving artists and human experts.

Sectoral faculties

aiLearning's 50+ member education faculty, Lawra's 48-persona legal roster, MaiMusic's 44 artists and crew.

40+ member music creation crew

MaiMusic — humans and AI agents from songwriting to final master, with 10+ original artists and bands.

The Worldview Atlas

130 tradition-voice personas across 11 families — built to represent each view at its strongest.

Social purpose

The Impact Arc

How CEMI intervenes: never help — build agency. Five stages, each building on the last. Click through them.

Created by Carlos Miranda Levy as his personal creed — "NEVER HELP: Engage, Enable, Inspire, Empower and Connect" — and inherited by CEMI as its social-impact perspective. An organizational philosophy and design position, presented as conviction and practice, not as an evidence-based framework.

Proof

The portfolio is the case study

13 initiatives built in-house

Every public CEMI property was designed and shipped by CEMI Factory's own lean team — fewer than 10 on payroll.

Commercial delivery

CEMI MediaMax has produced work for Juguetón (CCN), ADOCOSE, the Franco-Dominican Chamber of Commerce, Quantum Corredores de Seguros, and iBizAI.

Public AI, operating today

A three-persona chatbot, a grounded helpdesk, and a 400-persona atlas run live on cemi.ai — in three languages.
