CEMI — Collectively Enhanced Multiple Intelligence
Executive Summary · August 2026 · cemi.ai
CEMI is a global collective of human and artificial intelligence building the AI transformation of one sector at a time — law, business, learning, health, insurance, media, music, engineering, journalism, talent, and parenting — on the principle that human–AI collaboration produces outcomes neither humans nor AI can achieve alone.
What we have built
A portfolio of 15 live sector initiatives — Lawra.io for legal practice, iBizAI.ai for business, aiLearning.global for education, Ariski.com for insurance and risk, Salutai.ai for health, Skaills.ai for talent, MaiMusic.ai for music, papas.academy for families, and more — plus 7 AI models and frameworks, 5 in-house services, 100+ AI tools, 200+ learning programs, 10+ AI experimental projects, 20+ video games, and 10+ AI music artists and bands with 20+ albums produced, and 5 social-impact initiatives: 30+ live web properties, published in 3+ languages (EN/ES/FR sitewide; individual projects in up to eight).
Every one of them was designed, built, and shipped by CEMI's own pipeline:
CEMI Labs (research & models) → CEMI Factory (builds them into working software) → CEMI Solutions (offers them to the public)
What makes it different
- The Personai engine. CEMI operates a central registry of more than 400 human-augmented AI agents and personas — functional agents with durable identities, expertise, voice, and guardrails — staffing its initiatives as production crews, advisory panels, sectoral guides, and executives. The 50+ member CEMI MediaMax audiovisual crew, MaiMusic's 40+ member music-creation crew, Lawra's 50+ legal practice agents, aiLearning's 50+ member education faculty, and the 130-voice worldview atlas are built on it. CEMI even operates named AI executives — including Aurelius Christensen, its AI CEO persona — alongside its human leadership.
- A lean human core, leveraged by AI staff. CEMI Factory delivers with fewer than 10 people on payroll and reports building custom software in a third of the time at half the cost, opening every engagement with a three-week no-risk trial.
- Replicable by design. The models behind the portfolio — Personais, MediaMax, Skaills, Smoother, SIFT, SiteCraft, MaiMusic — are frameworks others can adopt, adapt, and scale; that is the product thesis, not a side effect.
Proof
Beyond the 13 initiatives Factory built in-house, CEMI MediaMax has delivered commercial production work for clients including Juguetón (CCN), ADOCOSE, the Franco-Dominican Chamber of Commerce (CCIFRD), Quantum Corredores de Seguros, and iBizAI — and CEMI's methods are documented publicly across its sites.
Social purpose
CEMI's social-impact perspective is the Impact Arc — Engage → Enable → Inspire → Empower → Connect — an anti-assistentialist design philosophy created by its founder and inherited organization-wide: build the stakeholder's agency, never do for them. It drives CEMI Social Impact, papas.academy, and education projects delivered with schools and communities.
