CEMI.ai group · September 2026 · cemi.ai/investors

One row per stream. Every price in the fourth column is quoted verbatim from the page that publishes it, with its source named. Where a price is not published, the cell says on request — never a reconstructed or averaged figure. Income sources use the controlled vocabulary of CEMI's business-profile registry (product-sales, service-sales, subscriptions, licensing, consulting, commissions-marketplace, advertising, sponsorships, grants-donations, training-events, data-insights, free, internal), never free text.

Group-level streams

These are the four lines the group itself operates, across the portfolio.

What is soldWho paysIncome sourcePublished priceStatusRole in the plan
CEMI Factory — custom artificial intelligence, sovereign AI infrastructure, apps, smart dashboards and intelligent agents, built project by project. B2B — businesses; B2G — government and public sector; academia and education. Segments: SMEs, large corporations, financial institutions, government. service-sales, consulting On request. No rate card is published. The published commercial mechanic is the entry term: “Three weeks. One real process. No invoice unless you want to continue.” — cemifactory.com, English home page live The group's principal near-term cash line and the front door for every other line.
CEMI Media / MediaMax — end-to-end film, audio and editorial production delivered by human creatives working with a specialized AI crew. B2B — businesses; B2NGO; B2G. Segments: large corporations, media and publishers, NGOs and foundations. service-sales, consulting, sponsorships Engagement bands, published on the agency's own contact form: “Under $5,000”, “$5,000 - $15,000”, “$15,000 - $50,000”, “$50,000+”. — cemi.media, contact page live Second cash line, with delivered commercial clients. CEMI Media publishes its own investor materials at cemi.media/investors.
Initiative-level offerings — subscriptions and one-time products sold by the sector platforms on their own sites, as they commercialize: Lawra, Skaills, iBizAI. B2C — consumers; B2B — businesses. Segments: lawyers and law firms, SMEs, large corporations, freelancers and professionals. subscriptions, product-sales, service-sales Per initiative, on the initiative's own page — see the priced initiatives below. CEMI Solutions — packaged AI tools and matured products offered to organizations and individuals. B2B — businesses; B2C — consumers; B2G. product-sales, subscriptions, service-sales On request. No price, plan or tier is published on the Solutions page. planned The packaging layer: how Factory and Labs output reaches buyers who do not want a bespoke engagement.
CEMI Labs — the sector labs: partners bring technology to the floor, sponsors back a bench, a zone or a named challenge, and customers commission private pilots and pre-deployment testing. B2B — businesses; B2G; B2NGO; academia. Segments: financial institutions, fintechs, government, media and publishers, educators and institutions. sponsorships, service-sales, grants-donations On request, and deliberately so: “Access to the experimental areas, to the simulation and to the open programmes carries no service fee, and the public simulation needs no key at all. A limited cost-recovery tariff applies only where a real expense exists — materials, third-party machine time, dedicated instrumentation, an extended private pilot — and it is agreed in writing before anything starts.” — cemi.ai/en/finlab, the Lab's value page. Fellowship terms: “Terms are agreed per cohort and per line of work… No amount is promised on this page and none is published.” — cemi.ai/en/finlab/fellows live Not a margin line. Sponsorship and private pilots fund the labs and open institutional doors; open access stays free by design.

Initiatives that publish a price today

These prices are public on the initiatives' own sites. They are quoted here exactly as published. A published price is not revenue: none of these figures is presented as a booking, a billing or a run rate.

Two corrections to the group's earlier description

The institutional dossier previously described the third group line as including certifications (Smoother Experiences) and named Ariski among the sector platforms commercializing. Both have been removed here and in the dossier, because the sites do not support them:

What is not published, and why

Revenue to date, run rate, per-client billing, unpublished pricing and the mix between the lines above are not published. That is a decision, not an omission: publishing a partial commercial picture of a group at this stage would mislead in both directions. Financial terms, revenue and detailed materials are available on request, under NDA where appropriate.

Prices that are not already public on a CEMI site never appear in this kit. Two concrete engagement prices exist in client-specific proposals rather than on any published page; they are not quoted here and are available on request.

The upstream for this page is the Business Profiles single source of truth (cemi-ai/businessProfiles/{registryId}). No profile has been authored yet for any registry item; this page is written from published copy, and the profiles are being authored from it. Once a profile exists, it becomes the upstream and a change is made there first.
