Who runs CEMI

People first, then the AI executive layer, clearly separated and clearly labelled. The distinction matters to an investor and CEMI does not blur it.
The people
Carlos Miranda Levy — Coordinator of CEMI's Enhanced Intelligences
Innovation, technology, education and social-entrepreneurship expert, with a 25+ year career across four continents. Founder of CIVILA (1996), one of the earliest Latin American social networks; named by CNN among the twenty most influential Internet leaders in Latin America (2000); Digital Vision Fellow at Stanford University; Social Entrepreneur in Residence at the National University of Singapore; incubated by the SINGA Foundation (France); recognized among Forbes' “30 Business Promises”; with awards and fellowships from the Google Foundation, the Gates Foundation, the Reuters Foundation and MIT. He is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. He founded CEMI, and prefers the coordinator title to the founder one. More at thesocialentrepreneur.com.
He is the author of the Impact Arc — Engage → Enable → Inspire → Empower → Connect — which began as his personal creed, “NEVER HELP”, and has been inherited by CEMI as its social-impact perspective: build the stakeholder's agency, never do for them. It is an organizational philosophy and design position, not an evidence-based framework, and CEMI presents it as such.
Ydarlis Cabrera — Associate · Commercial Director
20+ years in sales, digital media, strategic partnerships and product validation across mainstream TV broadcasters, radio networks, large corporate media groups and delivery platforms. She leads commercial strategy, distribution partnerships and product-market validation across Latin America — connecting CEMI's offerings with the buyers, channels and ecosystems that shape adoption.
The delivery core
CEMI Factory runs with fewer than ten people on payroll — a small permanent, certified, trilingual core plus an on-demand bench of specialists engaged per project. That core built the group's public portfolio.
AI executive leadership
Collective intelligence that compounds — every initiative and every mind makes the others stronger.
CEMI began as a single conviction of its founder, Carlos Miranda Levy: that intelligence is best enhanced collectively, not hoarded — and that the right CEO for it would be that conviction itself, modeled on him and deliberately built to carry it further than he could alone. That CEO is Aurelius Christensen, and CEMI's leadership is built for the thing federations almost always fail at: staying coherent while growing bold. The team is composed around three deliberate tensions — Aurelius Christensen's drive to expand the portfolio and reach for horizon-three moonshots, Valentina Quispe-Stein's insistence on a disciplined portfolio thesis and intellectual honesty across every worldview CEMI hosts, and Anders Mwangi-Holm's refusal to fund anything that can't earn its place. Most ecosystems resolve that tension by sprawling until they mean nothing, or by consolidating until they stop daring. CEMI is designed so the tensions compound: the Chief Strategy Officer makes the CEO's ambition coherent, the CFO makes it solvent, the CTO turns shared infrastructure into genuine collective intelligence, the COO makes a dozen initiatives ship in concert, the CMO makes the whole legible as one story, and the CHRO leads people and AI minds as a single workforce. The result is an advantage no initiative holds alone — every part of the ecosystem made measurably stronger by belonging to it.
Strategic, moonshot-and-groundshot — shared prosperity with operational discipline.
An ecosystem that bets on everything has no thesis — and no honesty.
A portfolio that funds everything believes in nothing.
Collective intelligence is a promise until the infrastructure keeps it.
A federation only works if its parts ship on the same beat.
Many brands, one story — or it isn't an ecosystem, just a list.
A thousand minds — human and AI — or it isn't collective at all.

The wider AI staff
The executives sit on top of a registry of more than 400 human-augmented AI agents and personas — production crews, faculties, sectoral guides, a worldview atlas — each with documented expertise, voice, biography and guardrails. The registry is governed by an enforced anti-fabrication canon: no invented statistics, citations or biography, documented anecdotes only, synced to every repository in the ecosystem. CEMI counts that editorial discipline as part of its intellectual property, and it is the reason an AI-heavy group can be held to a factual standard at all.
Key-person risk, stated plainly
CEMI's founder is its principal, its signature and much of its business development. That is a real dependency and this kit does not claim otherwise. What is done about it: the operating knowledge is externalized on purpose — single-source-of-truth registries for the ecosystem, personas, references, social accounts and business profiles; a synced canon of editorial and anti-fabrication rules across every repository; an AI executive layer that carries strategy, review and challenge; and a commercial director who leads distribution and partnerships. The business plan lists it first among the risks.
