The ask

Back the machinery, not one of its outputs

CEMI.ai group round · September 2026 · cemi.ai/investors

Money into an initiative funds that company's plan. Money into CEMI.ai funds the platform, the labs and the pipeline that every one of those companies runs on.

1. Round terms

CEMI is open to investment, grant partnerships, and commercial collaboration across its portfolio — from backing individual initiatives to supporting the shared platform that powers all of them.

The group round's amount, instrument and terms have not been set. Rather than publish a number this kit cannot stand behind, the sentence above is what CEMI states today, and it is the same sentence the institutional dossier has published in three languages since August. The terms live in one file — public/investors/round.json — and every figure-dependent block on this page renders from it the moment it is filled.

2. Valuation

No group valuation is published. When one is, it will be stated as CEMI's own estimate and as an opening position, defended from both sides — why not lower, and why not higher — and never as a market multiple unless a comparable is cited on this page. CEMI does not publish a total addressable market, for the same reason: it has no citable source for one, and an uncited figure would be worth less than the refusal.

3. Use of funds

Use of funds is set with the round and will be published the same way every other CEMI ask is: as percentages that sum to one hundred, with the line items and the monthly and total amounts behind them, over a stated runway. The group has a published model for exactly that discipline — the social-impact ask at cemi.ai, which costs a US$100,000 twelve-month program line by line and states openly what it does not pay for.

4. Ticket tiers and the rights attached to them

Tiers are not set. When they are, each will state what the investor gets beyond equity — the reporting cadence, naming in the cap table, information rights, pro-rata, and any observer seat — because a tier table without rights attached is not a tier table.

5. What we are not raising for

This is the part that makes the rest credible, and it can be stated today because it does not depend on the amount.

6. Minimum viable close

A minimum viable close and a target window are set with the terms. CEMI's position is that the group does not need a round to keep operating — the portfolio was built without one — so the round will be structured to accelerate commercialization rather than to cover survival, and the minimum will be stated as the smallest amount that still buys that acceleration.

7. How this round relates to the initiative rounds

We are open to investment at two levels. At group level, backing the shared platform — the Personai engine, CEMI Factory and CEMI Solutions — which compounds across the whole portfolio. At initiative level, backing a specific sector business approaching commercialization, with its own market, its own customers and its own economics.

An investor may enter at either level. The two are complementary, not alternatives: money into an initiative funds that company's plan, money into the group funds the machinery all of them run on. Initiatives that are raising today publish their own terms on their own sites, and the portfolio page links to each.

8. Entity and jurisdiction

Corporate structure and jurisdictions are being formalised; a Delaware non-profit incorporation for the social-impact arm is under consideration. The vehicle for the group round is part of that work and is not yet settled. An investor should ask about it, and the FAQ says so plainly.

9. Revenue

What is sold, who pays, and every price CEMI publishes — quoted verbatim, with the page that publishes it — is set out on the revenue page. Revenue to date, run rate and per-client billing are not published and are available on request.

10. Next step

Write to invest@cemi.ai and say which level interests you. For commercial or partnership conversations rather than investment, business@cemi.ai is the right door.
