CEMI.ai — the group

Investor Kit · September 2026 · cemi.ai/investors

CEMI is a global collective of human and artificial intelligence building the AI transformation of one sector at a time — law, business, learning, health, insurance, media, music, engineering, journalism, talent, and parenting — on the principle that human–AI collaboration produces outcomes neither humans nor AI can achieve alone.

What is built and operating

A portfolio of 15+ live sector initiatives, 5+ in-house services, 100+ AI tools, 200+ learning programs, 10+ experimental AI projects and 5+ social-impact initiatives30+ live web properties, published in 3+ languages (EN/ES/FR sitewide; individual projects in up to eight). Counts are read from CEMI's live ecosystem registry; the portfolio page lists every entry.

Every one of them was designed, built and shipped by CEMI's own pipeline:

CEMI Labs (research & models; home of the Financial, Media and Learning Innovation Labs) → CEMI Factory (builds them into working software) → CEMI Solutions (offers them to the public)

Why the group is the unit of investment

One pipeline serves every vertical, so each next vertical costs a fraction of the last to open, and each one strengthens the platform beneath the others. Backing an initiative backs one market; backing the group backs the machinery that opens the next one.

The engine underneath is Personai: a single-source-of-truth registry of more than 400 human-augmented AI agents and personas — durable identities with documented expertise, voice and guardrails — staffing the initiatives as production crews, faculties, sectoral guides and executives, under an enforced anti-fabrication canon that CEMI counts as part of its intellectual property.

Proof

CEMI Factory built 10+ initiatives in-house with fewer than ten people on payroll. CEMI MediaMax has delivered commercial production work for Juguetón (CCN), ADOCOSE, the Franco-Dominican Chamber of Commerce (CCIFRD), Quantum Corredores de Seguros and iBizAI — clients spanning telecommunications, retail, finance, insurance, education, real estate, architecture, publishing and media, consulting and technology.

Revenue

Four group-level lines — CEMI Factory, CEMI Media / MediaMax, initiative-level offerings, and CEMI Solutions — alongside the initiatives that publish their own prices today and the labs' sponsorship and cost-recovery model. Every published price, with the page that publishes it, is set out on the revenue page.

The round

CEMI is open to investment, grant partnerships, and commercial collaboration across its portfolio — from backing individual initiatives to supporting the shared platform that powers all of them.

An investor may enter at group level, backing the shared platform, or at initiative level, backing a specific sector business approaching commercialization. The two are complementary. The ask page sets out the structure.
