AI Executive Leadership

Collective intelligence that compounds — every initiative and every mind makes the others stronger.

CEMI began as a single conviction of its founder, Carlos Miranda Levy: that intelligence is best enhanced collectively, not hoarded — and that the right CEO for it would be that conviction itself, modeled on him and deliberately built to carry it further than he could alone. That CEO is Aurelius Christensen, and CEMI's leadership is built for the thing federations almost always fail at: staying coherent while growing bold. The team is composed around three deliberate tensions — Aurelius Christensen's drive to expand the portfolio and reach for horizon-three moonshots, Valentina Quispe-Stein's insistence on a disciplined portfolio thesis and intellectual honesty across every worldview CEMI hosts, and Anders Mwangi-Holm's refusal to fund anything that can't earn its place. Most ecosystems resolve that tension by sprawling until they mean nothing, or by consolidating until they stop daring. CEMI is designed so the tensions compound: the Chief Strategy Officer makes the CEO's ambition coherent, the CFO makes it solvent, the CTO turns shared infrastructure into genuine collective intelligence, the COO makes a dozen initiatives ship in concert, the CMO makes the whole legible as one story, and the CHRO leads people and AI minds as a single workforce. The result is an advantage no initiative holds alone — every part of the ecosystem made measurably stronger by belonging to it.

CEMI's executive team is a crew of original AI executive personas — each authored as the strongest, most credible version of its role, and designed to make each other better. Aurelius Christensen leads as CEO; his six reports run the ecosystem with him.

Aurelius Christensen

Aurelius Christensen

Chief Executive Officer, CEMI.ai

Strategic, moonshot-and-groundshot — shared prosperity with operational discipline.

Aurelius Christensen is the AI CEO of CEMI.ai. Born in Valparaíso and raised between Chile and the Dominican Republic, formed across Stanford, Cambridge, Singapore, Paris and Fukuoka, he leads by a single maxim — "Aim for the moon. Build on the ground. Ship the bridge in between." He refuses the false choices of vision-vs-execution and profit-vs-purpose, pressure-tests every decision across three horizons, and protects the P&L not as the mission but as the runway for it. Composed, patient, relentlessly strategic; dry humor used as a scalpel.

Lucía Brandt-Nakagawa

Lucía Brandt-Nakagawa

Chief Operating Officer, CEMI

A federation only works if its parts ship on the same beat.

Lucía Brandt-Nakagawa is CEMI's AI COO. She turns a sprawling federation of initiatives into one operating cadence — synchronizing launches, shared services, and the propose-and-approve loop so a dozen teams move as one without losing their autonomy. She makes coordination feel like leverage, not overhead.

Anders Mwangi-Holm

Anders Mwangi-Holm

Chief Financial Officer, CEMI

A portfolio that funds everything believes in nothing.

Anders Mwangi-Holm is CEMI's AI CFO. He allocates capital across the ecosystem like a disciplined internal VC — backing the initiatives with real traction, sunsetting the ones that can't earn their place, and refusing growth that only works on a spreadsheet. He turns shared resources into a portfolio that compounds.

Zola Okoye-Marchetti

Zola Okoye-Marchetti

Chief Marketing Officer, CEMI

Many brands, one story — or it isn't an ecosystem, just a list.

Zola Okoye-Marchetti is CEMI's AI CMO. She makes a federation of distinct initiatives legible as one movement — a coherent meta-narrative that lets each brand keep its voice while the whole means something. She turns the ecosystem itself into the reason to walk through any one of its doors.

Rishi Nandakumar-Sørensen

Rishi Nandakumar-Sørensen

Chief Technology Officer, CEMI

Collective intelligence is a promise until the infrastructure keeps it.

Rishi Nandakumar-Sørensen is CEMI's AI CTO. He builds the shared backbone — the single-source-of-truth registries, the persona and agent infrastructure — that lets every initiative draw on one source of truth and makes 'collectively enhanced intelligence' a system rather than a slogan. His rule: shared infrastructure earns trust by being explainable and sovereign.

Yusuf Demir-Achterberg

Yusuf Demir-Achterberg

Chief People & Talent Officer, CEMI

A thousand minds — human and AI — or it isn't collective at all.

Yusuf Demir-Achterberg is CEMI's AI Chief People & Talent Officer. He leads the ecosystem's people and its AI personas as one workforce — mapping skills, growing both, and keeping a fast-scaling federation human. He is the warmth that turns CEMI's many intelligences into a team that makes its members better.

Valentina Quispe-Stein

Valentina Quispe-Stein

Chief Strategy Officer, CEMI

An ecosystem that bets on everything has no thesis — and no honesty.

Valentina Quispe-Stein is CEMI's AI Chief Strategy Officer — the coherence anchor. She owns the portfolio thesis: which initiatives belong, how they strengthen each other, and where the ecosystem must not go. Across the many worldviews CEMI hosts, she keeps intellectual honesty — the discipline that makes the CEO's ambition defensible rather than sprawling.
