The Factory works the way we work on our own initiatives. We start with a question — what is this trying to make easier, for whom, in what moment — and we design from there. We document architecture decisions. We test what matters. We ship on a schedule we have actually committed to. We tell the truth about progress every week, even when the news is hard.
For most engagements, a small focused team of 3–6 people from our bench is sufficient. For larger transformations we scale across the full bench — architecture, backend, frontend, mobile, design, AI, cloud, Power Platform, QA, and delivery coordination — and bring in additional CEMI ecosystem specialists when the project crosses into their domain (legal, business strategy, education, media production).
