Terms of Use
cemi.ai · Version 2026-10-09 · Effective 9 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the website cemi.ai, its assistants and its forms. By using the site you accept them. Services we provide to clients are governed by the proposal or contract signed for them, not by these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by CEMI Collectively Enhanced Multiple Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (Delaware file no. 10647705, EIN 32-0859414), 7801 NW 37th St, DO80Q56188N, Doral, FL 33195, United States. In these terms, «CEMI», «we» and «us» mean that company. Our Dominican company, COLLECTIVELY ENHANCED MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE CEMI AI SRL (CEMI.ai, RNC 133-76027-4), contracts and invoices with clients in the Dominican Republic.
Contact: contact@cemi.ai. Business enquiries: business@cemi.ai, +1 (809) 203-6252. Legal notices: legal@cemi.ai.
2. Using the site
- You may use the site to learn about CEMI, its initiatives and its work, to talk to its assistants and to contact us.
- Do not use it unlawfully, to harm others, to send unsolicited or deceptive content, to probe or overload its systems, to get around its usage limits or abuse protection, or to collect data about other people.
- We may limit or block access that breaks these terms or puts the site at risk.
3. The assistants and the Personais
- The site’s assistants, including the Personais that speak with the voice of a CEMI role or person, are artificial intelligence. A Personai that speaks in the style of a real person is an AI rendering based on that person’s published ideas, not the person speaking, and it cannot make commitments on their behalf or on ours.
- AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with us before relying on it.
- Answers are general information, not legal, financial, investment, medical or other professional advice, and not an offer, quote or agreement. Only a proposal or contract signed by CEMI binds us.
- Do not share sensitive personal data or confidential information with the assistants. What you write is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Each visitor has a daily number of questions, which we may change.
4. Our content
- The texts, images, videos, films, designs, software and other material on the site belong to CEMI or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by law. «CEMI», its logos and the names of its initiatives are our trademarks or trade names.
- You may read, share links to and quote short passages of the site with attribution to CEMI and a link. Any other use, including reproduction, adaptation or commercial use, needs our written permission (legal@cemi.ai).
- Do not use the site’s content to train AI models, or copy it by automated means, without our written permission.
5. What you send us
- When you use a form you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you may share it. We use it to answer you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- If you send us ideas or suggestions, you may do so freely and we may use them without obligation to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- FinLab Fellows applications are evaluated under the programme’s published conditions; applying does not guarantee admission.
6. Information, not offers
- The site describes CEMI, its plans, initiatives, prototypes and results as of the date of each page. Plans change, and pages may not reflect the latest status.
- Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment. Material addressed to investors is informational and is subject to the documents signed in any transaction.
- Names of other organisations on the site identify them; they do not mean that they endorse CEMI or have an agreement with us unless the page says so.
7. Other sites
The site links to, and embeds content from, sites we do not control (for example, YouTube). Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Availability and liability
- We provide the site as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, or that its content is complete or up to date.
- To the extent the law allows, CEMI is not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content or its assistants’ answers, including indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or anything the law does not allow to be limited.
- Consumers: if you use the site as a private individual, the consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies in addition to these terms, and nothing in these terms reduces the rights it gives you.
9. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes with business users go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
- Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of their domicile. Consumers in the Dominican Republic may also go to Pro Consumidor (Instituto Nacional de Protección de los Derechos del Consumidor, proconsumidor.gob.do).
- Before any claim, write to legal@cemi.ai; we always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
10. Language
These terms are published in English, Spanish and French. For users in the Dominican Republic the Spanish version prevails; in every other case, the English version prevails.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which one is in force; the terms in force when you use the site apply to that use.
