About the AI
CEMI · Version 2026-11-01
CEMI’s sites carry a small «AI» badge on every assistant, chat and advisor. This page explains what it means.
1. You are talking to an AI, not a person
The assistants, Personais and advisors on CEMI’s sites are artificial intelligence systems. When a Personai speaks in the voice of a role or in the style of a real person, it is still an AI, not that person, and it cannot make commitments on anyone’s behalf.
2. Check before you rely on it
AI answers can be wrong or incomplete, even when they sound sure. Check facts, figures, dates and quotes against the original source before you use them, and ask us when something matters.
3. Where a person decides
In hiring, credit, insurance, legal, medical, tax and education matters, the AI only informs. A qualified person reviews and makes the decision, and you are told when AI was used.
4. Who provides the AI and what happens to your messages
CEMI’s AI runs on models from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini), used through their paid services under data-processing terms. The providers keep prompts and answers only for a limited time to detect misuse (Anthropic up to 30 days, Google up to 55 days) and do not use them to train their models. What each CEMI site itself keeps is explained in that site’s privacy notice; for cemi.ai, in the Privacy Policy.
5. For children and families
Some CEMI sites serve schools and families. Those sites say so, keep safeguards suited to the people who use them, and follow the laws that protect children and personal data. If you are young and reading this: the assistant is a computer program, it can make mistakes, and you can always ask a grown-up you trust.
6. Tell us about a problem
If an assistant was used to harm someone or gave a harmful answer, write to security@cemi.ai. For anything about your data, write to privacy@cemi.ai.
